Private Residence, Penthouse Renovation

FANG ARCH completed a full interior renovation of a private penthouse in Toronto. The unit required significantly more storage without the space reading as smaller or cluttered. Layout, millwork, finishes, and furniture were redesigned in tandem, treating storage as a spatial opportunity rather than a practical constraint. Custom millwork was designed room by room to integrate storage into the architecture of each space, keeping surfaces clear and sightlines open. Each room carries its own material character, with selections made to read as a single interior across the kitchen, bathroom, home office, and foyer. The result is a unit that feels larger and brighter than its footprint suggests.
